Audits are completed on all types of casualty insurance coverage including Commercial Auto, General Liability, Garage Liability, Inland Marine and Workers Compensation. Our staff audits all types of businesses including mercantile, manufacturers, service industries, oil and gas, forestry, farming, construction, trucking, temporary labor contractors and PEO's.

Dylong, CPCU, APA, CIPA, MBA, with the goal of providing high quality premium audit services. Ron has more than 25 years of insurance company management experience in underwriting, operations, collections and premium audit, serving as Premium Audit Officer for a major insurance company. We are located in the Dallas, Texas suburb of Rockwall. Our firm is dedicated to providing a quality service in a timely manner.

We provide Virtual, Telephone and Voluntary Mail audits nationwide. Physical audit coverage is provided in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas and parts of Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. Upon request, physical audits on large accounts are completed nationwide.

PHYSICAL FIELD AUDIT

Our staff of professional field auditors is experienced in providing services to policyholders and working with underwriters and producers. These professionals can maximize your premium revenues and collections, and minimize disputes.
TELEPHONE AUDIT

Telephone audits are cost effective for smaller companies, businesses with minimal fluctuations in their operations, and businesses that require only occasional physical audits. Custom worksheets are sent to policyholders to facilitate the audit. Our knowledgeable and professional staff obtains the necessary information in a step-by-step questioning process.
VOLUNTARY MAIL AUDIT
We have tailored several different self-audit forms for policyholders in varied industries. Our mail report includes codes and class descriptions from the insured's policy, instructions for completion and a telephone number for additional personalized help. The actual form can be completed online, sent via e-mail, faxed or mailed to the location provided on the mail audit form.
VIRTUAL AUDIT

Virtual audits, also referred to as hybrid or remote audits, are similar to a physical audit with the exception that all the records and interviews take place remotely. Records and information the auditor needs to examine are transmitted to the auditor using various electronic methods. An in-depth interview is conducted with the insured to discuss operations and exposures.

Premium auditors need experience in the premium audit field, strong accounting, bookkeeping or insurance background. Must be organized, self-motivated with good communication skills and be able to handle the flexibility of setting their own schedule.
